Abu Dhabi cars carry a lot of fine desert sand and salt before they ever see a wash. The way we wash matters as much as the products — our 4-step process is designed to reduce the risk of scratches and swirl marks, and to stay safe for ceramic-coated paint.
Why a Safe Process Matters in Abu Dhabi
Fine sand acts like sandpaper on clear coat the moment a dry towel drags it across the panel. UV and heat make the paint softer between washes, and ceramic coatings can be stripped by the wrong shampoo. None of these problems are fixed by "premium products" alone — the wash technique decides the outcome.
The 4-Step Signature Detailing Process
Foam Pre-Rinse
A high-foam pre-wash lifts dust and fine sand off the paint without anything touching the surface. This first step is the single biggest factor in keeping the wash safe — the goal is to remove abrasive particles before any towel or mitt contacts the panel.
Two-Bucket Hand Wash
A pH-neutral shampoo bucket plus a separate rinse bucket with a grit guard. The rinse bucket keeps lifted dirt out of the shampoo, so the towel stays clean between panels. Hand wash only — no automatic brushes, no mitt that has touched the ground.
Microfiber Dry & Detail
Plush microfiber towels for drying, separate microfiber for trim and glass. We dry by section rather than dragging across the whole panel so water spots cannot set in the Abu Dhabi heat. Interior detailing happens at the same stage in dedicated microfiber.
Final Inspection Under LED
A handheld LED light checks every panel for missed spots, water marks or contamination. If something is not right at this stage, the panel goes back to step 2 — the inspection is the moment to fix, not the moment to apologise.

We work with professional-grade products from brands such as Koch Chemie, CarPro and Gyeon, depending on the vehicle and service package. Selection is matched to the paint condition and to whether a ceramic coating is present.
Microfiber Towels Only
No cotton, no chamois, no synthetic sponges. Microfiber is the only material that traps lifted dirt instead of dragging it across the panel.
Ceramic-Friendly Sealants
When a sealant top-up is part of the package (Showroom Detail), we use a ceramic-friendly formulation that adds protection without competing with or stripping an existing coating.
